A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held on 
Thursday 10 July 2003 at 3.30pm

Present: Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman),
Councillors  Paddy Austin,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff,  Barbara Stewart and Ingrid Stonhill.
Apologies:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from Oscar Alpers.
Councillor Austin arrived at 3.35pm and was not present for part of clause 1.
Councillor Sheriff retired at 4.55pm and was absent for clauses 6, 7 and 8.
