A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held on 
Thursday 13 February 2003 at 9am

Present: Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman),
Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Paddy Austin,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow and Gail Sheriff.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Barbara Stewart and Ingrid Stonhill.
Councillor Alpers arrived at 9.05am and was not present for part of clause 3(2).
Councillor Harrow arrived at 9.10am and was not present for part of clause 3(2).
Councillor Austin arrived at 9.20am and was not present for part of clause 3(2).
