Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee
was held on Tuesday 11 November 2003 at 8.30am

Present: Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),The Mayor
Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Megan Evans, Graham Condon and Ingrid Stonhill and for lateness from the Mayor and Councillor Sally Buck and for early departure from Councillor Chrissie Williams.
Councillor Helen Broughton retired at 12.20pm.
Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 12.40am and retired at 1.40pm.
Councillor Barry Corbett temporarily retired from 12.20pm to 1.20pm.
Councillor Carole Evans arrived at 8.36am and retired temporarily from 11.20am to 1.33pm.
The Mayor arrived at 8.50am and retired temporarily from 9.25am to 9.30am and from 10.30am to 11.36am and retired at 12.20pm.
Councillor Chrissie Williams retired at 10.15am.
Councillor Ron Wright temporarily retired from 1pm to 1.30pm.
