Report of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee

A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held on 
Thursday 27 November 2003 at 2.30pm

Present: Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman),
Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Paddy Austin,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff,  Barbara Stewart and Ingrid Stonhill.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from the Mayor.
Councillor Pat Harrow arrived at 2.40pm and was not present for part of clause 4.1.
Councillor Gail Sheriff arrived at 2.45pm and was not present for part of clause 4.1.
Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 2.50pm and was not present for clause 4.1.
Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 3.15pm and was not present for clause 4.1 and part of clause 4.2.
Councillor Sally Buck retired at 4.30pm and was not present for clauses 3, 6.2, 6.3, 8 and 9.
Councillor Paddy Austin declared an interest in clauses 6.3 and 8 and retired from the meeting at 5.05pm, prior to consideration of these clauses.
