Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor, Councillors Graham Condon, Carole Evans, Megan Evans and Denis O’Rourke and for early departure from Councillor Sally Buck (who retired at 1.45pm) and for lateness and early departure from Councillor Megan Evans (who arrived at 1.40pm and retired at 2pm).
