Present:	Councillor Pat Harrow (in the Chair), Councillors Helen Broughton, Sally Buck, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans and Chrissie Williams.
In Attendance:	Councillors David Cox, Alister James and Gail Sheriff and Don Rowlands and Glenda Burt (Burwood/Pegasus Community Board) attended for clause 3.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Carole Anderton. Councillor Sally Buck retired temporarily from 4.17pm to 4.22pm and was absent for part of clause 4. Councillor Anna Crighton retired temporarily from 4.42pm to 5.03pm and was absent for part of clauses 1-2, 5-8. Councillor Helen Broughton retired at 4.41pm and was absent for part clause 2, clauses 5-10.
Absent:	Councillor Ron Wright.
