to the Council

A meeting of the Consultation and Communication Special Committee
was held on Thursday 17 April 2003 at 9.15am

Present:

Councillor Oscar Alpers (Chairman),
Councillors Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, Carole Evans, Barry Corbett and Megan Evans and Mrs Yvonne Palmer and Mr Bob Todd.
Apologies:

Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Ingrid Stonhill and Sue Wells.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Paddy Austin who arrived at 9.43am.
