apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Barry
Corbett.
Councillor Austin retired at 9.55am and was not present for part of clause
1 and clause 2.
Mrs Yvonne Palmer retired at 10.47am and was not present for part of
clause 1 and clause 2.
