A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held on 
Thursday 9 May 2002 at 3.30pm

Present: Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman),
Councillors Oscar Alpers, Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, Pat Harrow, Gail Sheriff and Barbara Stewart.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Alister James.
Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 3.55pm and was not present for part of clause 2.
