Report of the Budget Scrutiny and Audit Special Committee to the Council Meeting of 27 June 2002

27. 6. 2002

Present:	The Mayor (Chairperson), Councillors Ishwar Ganda, Alister James, Gail Sheriff, Ingrid Stonhill, Sue Wells and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Erin Baker and David Cox. Councillor Sheriff retired at 3.30pm and was present for clause 1. Councillor Wells retired at 4.15pm and was present for all clauses except clause 3.5. Councillor James retired at 4.30pm during the presentation on the Art Gallery review and was present for all other clauses.
