Report of the Community Plans Special Committee to the Council Meeting of 25 July 2002

Present:	Councillor Ingrid Stonhill (Chairperson), Councillors Oscar Alpers, Carole Evans, Ishwar Ganda, Alister James, Chrissie Williams and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	Councillor Alpers arrived at 10.15am and was present for clauses 1, 2, 4 and 5. Councillor James arrived at 9.55am, was temporarily absent from 11.12am-11.25am, and was present for clauses 1, 2, 4 and 5. Councillor Williams retired at 11am and was present for clauses 1, 3 and 4.
