	Thursday 11 July 2002
Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), The Mayor, Mr Garry Moore Councillors Oscar Alpers, Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, Pat Harrow, Alister James, Gail Sheriff and Barbara Stewart.
In Attendance:	Councillor Ishwar Ganda (excluding clause 5).
Apologies:	Councillor Alister James arrived at 3.45pm and departed at 4.30pm, not being present for clauses 4, 6, 7 and 8. The Mayor arrived at 4.00pm and departed at 4.55pm, not being present for part of clause 1 and all of clauses 4, 6, 7 and 8. Councillor Paddy Austin left at 4.35pm and was not present for part of clause 6 and all of clause 4, 7 and 8.

In Attendance:	Councillor Barry Corbett (clause 3 and 5 only).
Apologies:	Apologies were received and accepted from Councillors Gail Sheriff and Barbara Stewart. All were not present for clauses 3, 5, 7 and 9. Councillor Paddy Austin left at 2.50pm and was not present for clause 9. Councillor Alister James arrived at 3.15pm and was not being present for clauses 3, 5, 7 and part of clause 9.
