Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee
was held on Tuesday 12 February 2002 at 9.30am

Present: Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),
Councillors Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Helen Broughton, and from Councillor Sally Buck for lateness.
Councillor Barry Corbett temporarily retired from 11.45am to 1.15pm, and was absent for clauses 2 to 4 and part of clause 5.
Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 9.40am and was absent for part of clause 7.Councillor Graham Condon retired at 12.30pm and was absent for clause 1 and clauses 4 to 6. 
Councillor Ingrid Stonhill temporarily retired from 11.40am to 11.50am and was absent for part of clause 2.
Councillor Ron Wright was temporarily absent from 12.30pm to 2.10pm and was absent for clause 1 and clauses 3 to 6.
