Present:	Councillor Ingrid Stonhill (Chairperson), The Mayor, Mr Garry Moore, Councillors Oscar Alpers, Erin Baker, Carole Evans, Ishwar Ganda, Chrissie Williams and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from The Mayor, Councillors Oscar Alpers, Ishwar Ganda and Alister James. The Mayor arrived at 9.47am and retired at 11.00am. Councillor Alpers arrived at 10.05am. Councillor Ganda arrived at 10.20am. Councillor Baker was temporarily absent from 10.05am to 10.16am and retired at 10.45am.
