Present:	Councillor Alister James (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Carole Anderton, Sally Buck, Graham Condon, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Denis O’Rourke, Barbara Stewart, Ingrid Stonhill, Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright. Burwood/Pegasus Community Board: Bob Andrews, Glenda Burt, Caroline Kellaway and Andy Lea.
In Attendance:	Councillor Gail Sheriff
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Erin Baker and Ishwar Ganda, and from Community Board members Carmen Hammond and Don Rowlands. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Carole Evans who arrived at 2.15pm. Councillor Condon was absent from 2.35pm to 2.47pm. Councillor O’Rourke retired from the meeting at 2.43pm. Councillor Harrow arrived at 3.05pm.Councillors Crighton and Stonhill retired from the meeting at 3.10pm.
Absent:	Councillors Paddy Austin, Helen Broughton, Barry Corbett, and Megan Evans.
