Present:	Councillor Ingrid Stonhill (Chairperson), Councillors Oscar Alpers, Sally Buck, Carole Evans, Megan Evans, Pat Harrow, Alister James, Norm Withers and Ron Wright. Community Board members Don Rowlands, Bob Andrews, Glenda Burt, Caroline Kellaway and Andy Lea.
In Attendance:	Bill King and Michael Gilbert (Housing New Zealand), Rob Davidson (Chair, Aranui Community Trust), Maud Boyd and Bev Williams (Aranui Community Trust).
