Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee 
was held on Wednesday 7 August 2002 at 3pm

Present: Councillor Carole Evans (Acting Chairperson),
Councillors Helen Broughton, Sally Buck, Anna Crighton, Megan Evans, Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Anderton and Pat Harrow.
Councillor Buck arrived at 3.10pm and was present for part of clause 4 and clauses 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7.
Councillor Crighton arrived at 3.32pm, retired at 4.10pm and was present for part of clause 3 and clauses 4, 5, 6 and 7.
Councillor Ron Wright was temporarily absent from the meeting between 3.16pm and 3.22pm; 3.50pm and 3.58pm, 4.10pm and 4.18pm and was present for all clauses except parts clauses 1, 2, 5 and 7.
Councillor Megan Evans was temporarily absent from the meeting between 3.40pm and 3.44pm and was present for all clauses except part clause 3
