to the Council

A meeting of the Regulatory and Consents Committee 
was held on Friday 13 September 2002 at 9.30am

Present: Councillor Sue Wells (Chair),
Councillors David Cox,  Ishwar Ganda,  Gail Sheriff,  Chrissie Williams and Norm Withers.
In Attendance: Councillor Alister James.
Absent: Councillor Helen Broughton.
Apologies:

Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor, Councillors Megan Evans and Lesley Keast.
Councillor Sue Wells arrived at 10.47am and was absent for part of clause 7, when Councillor David Cox assumed the chair.
