A meeting of the Property and Major Projects Committee was held on
Friday 6 September 2002 at 9.30am

Present:

Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman),
Councillors Erin Baker, Barry Corbett, Lesley Keast, Denis O’Rourke, Gail Sheriff, Barbara Stewart and Norm Withers.

Apologies:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from the Mayor.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Baker, who arrived at 9.40am and was absent for clause 2.
Councillor Stewart arrived at 9.35am and was absent for clause 2.
Councillor O’Rourke arrived at 9.37am and was absent for clause 2.
Councillor Norm Withers retired at 10am and was absent for clauses 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
