Report of the Arts, Culture & Heritage Committee to the Council Meeting of 26 September 2002

26. 9. 2002

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman),Councillors Oscar Alpers, Paddy Austin, Pat Harrow, Alister James and Gail Sheriff.
In Attendance:	Councillor Carole Evans was in attendance from 4.35pm to 5.05pm.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Sally Buck and Barbara Stewart. Councillor Alister James arrived at 3.45pm, retired at 4.20pm and was not present for clauses 1 and 2, part of clause 3, and clauses 5, 6, 7 and 9. Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 3.48pm, was temporarily absent from 4.05pm to 4.20pm, and was not present for part of clause 3, and clauses 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Councillor Paddy Austin arrived at 3.48pm and was not present for clause 2 and part of clause 3.
