A meeting of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board 
was held on Tuesday 29 October 2002 at 4.30pm

Present: Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Lynda Carter, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa, Sonia Gill and Elizabeth Maunsell.
Apologies: An apology for absence were received and accepted from Sue Wells.
Oscar Alpers arrived at 4.38pm and was not present for clause 8 and part of clause 1.
