Present:	Myra Barry, Robin Booth, Anne Carroll, Graham Condon, Dennis Hills (Deputy Chairperson), Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Ingrid Stonhill, Sally Thompson and Stephen Wright.
Apologies:	An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Graham Condon, who arrived at 4.25pm and was not present for clauses 1 and 2. Robin Booth arrived at 4.52pm and was not present for clauses 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9.
