Report of the Community Services Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Community Services Committee was held on
Monday 7 May 2001 at 12 noon

Present: Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), 
Councillors Erin Baker, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Lesley Keast, Barbara Stewart, Ingrid Stonhill, Sally Thompson and Sue Wells.
Apologies: Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillor Erin Baker and Councillor Sally Buck.
Councillor Baker arrived at 12.35pm and retired at 1.05pm and was absent for clauses 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
Councillor Thompson retired at 1.05pm and was absent for clauses 7, 8, 9 and 10.
Councillor Corbett retired at 1.30pm and was absent for clauses 9 and 10.
Councillor Buck retired at 1.40pm and was absent for part of clause 9 and clause 10.
