Report of the City Services Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the City Services Committee
was held on Tuesday 12 June 2001 at 2pm

Present: Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),
Councillors Robin Booth, Sally Buck, David Buist, Graham Condon, Carole Evans, Ian Howell, Charles Manning, Ingrid Stonhill, Sally Thompson and Ron Wright.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Alister James.
Councillor Sally Buck was temporarily absent from 2.55pm to 3.05pm and was absent for part of clause 8.
Councillor Robin Booth retired at 3.45pm and was present for clauses 8, 9 and 10.
Councillor Graham Condon was temporarily absent from 3.47pm to 4.15pm and was absent for clauses 1-7, part of clause 8, clauses 13 and 14.
Councillor Charles Manning was temporarily absent from 3.30pm to 3.40pm, retired at 4.35pm and was absent for part of clause 8 and clauses 12.2 and 12.3.
Councillor Ron Wright retired at 4.40pm and was absent for clauses 12.2 and 12.3.
