Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Anna Crighton, and Councillor Carole Anderton (a member of the Community House Relocation Subcommittee). An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Ron Wright, who arrived at 2.07pm.
