Report of the Parks and Recreation Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Parks and Recreation Committee 
was held on Wednesday 11 July 2001 at 4pm

Present: Councillor Ishwar Ganda (in the Chair), 
Councillors Carole Anderton,  Paddy Austin,  Erin Baker,  Sally Buck,  David Buist,  Barry Corbett,  Pat Harrow, Gail Sheriff and Ingrid Stonhill.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Graham Condon and Erin Baker.
Councillor Sheriff retired at 5.20pm and was present for clauses 12, 13 and 14.
Councillor Harrow was absent from the meeting from 5.40pm to 6.10pm and was not present for clauses 2, 10 and 14.
Councillor Stonhill retired at 5.50pm and was present for clauses 1-9, 12 and 13.
