Report of the Environment Committee to the Council Meeting of 26 July 2001

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), Councillors Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow and Charles Manning.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Lesley Keast and Sue Wells. Councillor Charles Manning arrived at 12.35pm, retired at 2.05pm and was absent for part of clause 1 and clauses 3 and 4. Councillor Pat Harrow retired at 2.05pm and was absent for clauses 3 and 4. Councillor Carole Evans retired at 2.35pm and was absent for clause 4.
