Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee
was held on Tuesday 27 November 2001 at 2pm

Present: Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman),
Councillors Helen Broughton, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Megan Evans, Ingrid Stonhill, Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
In Attendance: Councillor Barbara Stewart (from 2.15pm to 4pm).
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Carole Evans.
Councillor Broughton retired at 4.45pm and was absent for clauses 6, 7, 8, 10, 12.7 and 17 and part of clause 5.
Councillor Buck retired at 5.22pm and was absent for clauses 6, 7, 8, 12.7 and 17 and part of clause 10.
Councillor Wright temporarily retired from 3.55pm to 4pm and was absent for part of clause 3.
