Present:	Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), Councillors Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Alister James, Barbara Stewart, Ingrid Stonhill, Sally Thompson and Sue Wells.
In Attendance:	Jonathan Darby and Matthew Glanville (Youth Council representatives)
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from The Mayor, Garry Moore, Councillors Erin Baker and Lesley Keast, and for lateness from Councillor Barbara Stewart. Councillor Barbara Stewart arrived at 12.35pm, departed at 1.08pm, returned at 1.15pm and was absent for clause 3(a) and part of clause 3(b).
