Present:	Mike Mora (Chairperson), Paddy Austin, Neville Bennett, Helen Broughton, Mary Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Bob Shearing and Alison Wilkie.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from David Buist. Helen Broughton arrived at 5.00 pm and was present for clauses 2 and 3 only. Ishwar Ganda arrived at 5.10 pm and was present for clauses 2 and 3 only.
