STRATEGY AND RESOURCES COMMITTEE 13 MARCH 2000

A meeting of the Strategy and Resources Committee was held on Monday 13 March 2000 at 3pm

PRESENT:	Councillor David Close (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Carole Anderton, Graham Condon, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Ian Howell, Alister James, Denis O’Rourke, Gail Sheriff and Ron Wright.
IN ATTENDANCE:	Councillors Sally Buck and Charles Manning.
APOLOGY:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Barbara Stewart. The Mayor retired at 4.20pm and was present for clauses 1, 8, 10 and 11. Councillor Anderton retired temporarily at 4.20pm, returned to the meeting at 4.40pm and was not present for clauses 3, 4, 5 and 6. Councillors Condon and O’Rourke temporarily retired at 4.20pm, returned to the meeting at 4.43pm and were not present for clauses 3, 4, 5 and 6.
