CITY SERVICES COMMITTEE 7 MARCH 2000
A meeting of the City Services Committee was held on Tuesday 7 March 2000 at 2pm
| PRESENT: | Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Sally Buck, David Close, Graham Condon, Ian Howell, Charles Manning, Sally Thompson and Ron Wright. |
| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor,
Councillors Robin Booth and David Buist. Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Sally Buck, David Close, Graham Condon, Charles Manning and Sally Thompson. |
| ABSENT: | Councillor Carole Evans. Councillor Buck arrived at 2.20pm and was not
present for clause 16.1. Councillor Close arrived at 2.20pm, retired and 3.45pm and was present for clauses 1 to 8 and 15. Councillor Condon left at 4pm, returned at 5.10pm, retired at 5.45pm and was not present for clauses 12, 16.2, 16.3, 18, 19, 25 and 26. Councillor Wright left at 4.35pm, returned at 5.25pm and was not present for clauses 20, 23 and 26. Councillor Manning arrived at 5.20pm and was present for clauses 13, 16.2, 21- 23 and 25. |
