Present:	Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman), Councillors Robin Booth, Anna Crighton, Ishwar Ganda, Ian Howell and Denis O’Rourke.
In Attendance:	Councillor David Buist.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillors Erin Baker and Gail Sheriff. Councillor Crighton retired at 2.25pm and was present for clauses 1 and 2.1. Councillor Booth arrived at 2.40pm and was present for clause 4.
