Present:	Councillor David Close (Chairman), Councillors Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Alister James, Denis O’Rourke, Gail Sheriff, Barbara Stewart and Ron Wright.
In Attendance:	Councillors Paddy Austin, Robin Booth, Ingrid Stonhill and Sally Thompson.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Anderton, Graham Condon, Anna Crighton and Ian Howell. Councillor Howell did not attend the meeting because: 1. As a director of the Lyttelton Port Company he had a conflict of interest. 2. The Marina project was the only item of business.
