Present:	Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman, Projects and Property Committee), Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman, Environment Committee), Councillors Erin Baker, Robin Booth, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Pat Harrow, Charles Manning, Denis O’Rourke and Gail Sheriff.
In Attendance:	Councillor Barbara Stewart.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor, Councillors Carole Evans and Ian Howell. Councillor Buck retired at 3.15pm and was absent for part of clause 2. Councillor O’Rourke arrived at 3.20pm and was absent for clause 1 and part of clause 2.
