A meeting of the Community Services Committee was held on Monday 7 February 2000 at 12 noon
| PRESENT: | Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), The Mayor, Mr Garry Moore, Councillors Erin Baker, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Lesley Keast, Barbara Stewart, Sally Thompson and Sue Wells. |
| APOLOGIES: | An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Alister
James. Councillor Erin Baker arrived at 12.40pm and retired at 2.05pm, and was absent for part of clause 4 and clauses 3, 8 and 9. Councillor Buck retired at 2.30pm and was absent for clause 9. Councillor Barry Corbett retired at 2.40pm and was absent for clause 9. Councillor Barbara Stewart retired at 2.25pm and was absent for part of clause 3 and clause 9. Councillor Sally Thompson retired at 2.30pm and was absent for part of clause 3 and clause 9. Councillor Sue Wells retired at 2.45pm and was absent for part of clause 9. |
