PROJECTS AND PROPERTY COMMITTEE 7 APRIL 2000

A meeting of the Projects and Property Committee was held on Friday 7 April 2000 at 2pm

PRESENT:

Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman),
Councillors Erin Baker, Robin Booth, Anna Crighton, Ishwar Ganda, Ian Howell, Denis O’Rourke and Gail Sheriff.
Councillor O’Rourke arrived at 2.34pm and was present for clauses 2 to 7 inclusive.
Councillor Booth retired at 2.45pm and was present for clause 1.
Councillor Howell retired at 3.10pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Councillor Baker retired at 3.30pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.1.
Councillor Crighton retired at 3.45pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.1 and 5.3.
