ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE 6 APRIL 2000

A meeting of the Environment Committee was held on Thursday 6 April 2000 at 3.30pm

PRESENT:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), Councillors Paddy Austin, Robin Booth, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Lesley Keast, Charles Manning and Sue Wells.
APOLOGIES:	Councillor Manning arrived at 3.45pm and was not present for clauses 4, 5 and 7. Councillor Austin arrived at 4.12pm and was not present for clauses 3, 4, 5 and 7. Councillor Evans retired at 4.40pm and was not present for clauses 5, 8 and 9.
