| PRESENT: | Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Paddy Austin, Erin Baker, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Lesley Keast, Barbara Stewart, Sally Thompson and Sue Wells. |
| IN ATTENDANCE: | Councillor David Close (until 2.15pm). |
| APOLOGIES: | An apology for lateness was received and accepted from
Councillor Sue Wells. Councillor Austin arrived at 12.30pm, retired at 2.15pm and was absent for part of clauses 1, 3 and clauses 2, 7 and 9. Councillor Corbett retired at 2.45pm and was absent for part of clause 2 and clause 7. The Mayor arrived at 12.20pm, retired at 2.40pm and was absent for part of clauses 2, 3 and clause 7. Councillor Sue Wells arrived at 1.00pm and was absent for clauses 3 and 4. |
