A meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board
was held on Monday 30 August 1999 in the Boardroom,
Shirley Service Centre, 36 Marshland Road at 4.00 pm

| APOLOGIES: | An apology for lateness
was received and accepted from David Dobbie who arrived at 4.02 pm and was present for all
clauses except part of clause 11. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from David Close who arrived at 4.25 pm and was present for all items except clauses 11, 12 and part of clause 1. Don Rowlands and Carole Evans retired at 6.20 pm and were absent for clauses 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 and 18. |
