Report of the Strategy And Resources Committee 18 October 1999

A meeting of the Strategy and Resources Committee
was held on Monday 18 October 1999 at 3.00pm

Present:	Councillor David Close (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Carole Anderton, Graham Condon, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Ian Howell, Alister James, Denis O’Rourke, Gail Sheriff, Barbara Stewart and Ron Wright.
In Attendance	Councillor Barry Corbett.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Anna Crighton. Councillor Wright temporarily retired at 4.00pm, returned to the meeting at 4.45pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 10, 11, 13.2, 16, 17, 18 and 19. Councillor Condon temporarily retired at 4.30pm, returned to the meeting at 5.10pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13.1 and 18. The Mayor retired at 4.45pm and was present for clauses 1-16..
