A meeting of the Environment Committee
was held on Thursday 14 October 1999 at 3.30pm

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Robin Booth, Barry Corbett, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Lesley Keast, Charles Manning, Sally Thompson and Sue Wells.
In Attendance
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Robin Booth arrived at 3.40 pm and was not present for part of clause 7. Councillor Thompson retired from the meeting at 5.18pm and was not present for clauses 4 to 6 and 8 to 12. Councillor Lesley Keast retired at 5.30pm and was not present for clauses 4 to 6 and 8 to 12.
