A meeting of the Community Services Committee
was held on Monday 11 October 1999 at 12 noon

Present:

Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Paddy Austin, Erin Baker, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Lesley Keast, Barbara Stewart and Sally Thompson.

In Attendance

Councillor Pat Harrow (until 1.35pm).

Apologies:

Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Sue Wells.
The Mayor retired temporarily from 1.35pm to 1.45pm and was absent for part of clause 1.
Councillor Sally Buck retired at 2.20pm and was absent for part of clause 9 and clauses 10 and 11.
