Canterbury Regional Council Committee
was held on Wednesday 17 November 1999 at 4.00pm

Present:	Christchurch City Council Councillors Anna Crighton (Chairman), David Close, Carole Evans, Charles Manning and Sue Wells Canterbury Regional Council Councillors Valerie Campbell (Deputy Chairman), Sir Hamish Hay, Richard Johnson, Diana Shand, Judy Waters and Peter Yeoman.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from: Councillors Sir Kerry Burke and Neil Cherry. Councillor Charles Manning arrived at 4.10pm and was not present for part of clause 1. Councillor David Close arrived at 4.15pm and was not present for clause 1 and part of clause 4.
