A meeting of the Environment Committee
was held on Thursday 11 November 1999 at 3.30pm

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Robin Booth, Barry Corbett, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Lesley Keast, Charles Manning, Sally Thompson and Sue Wells.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from: The Mayor arrived at 4.05pm, was present for clauses 2, 3 and 4, and retired at 5.00pm. Councillor Sally Thompson retired at 5.15pm and was not present for clauses 6 and 7.
