| APOLOGIES | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Anderton, Pat Harrow and Ian Howell. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Alister James. Councillor James arrived at 11am during the discussion on clause 1 and was present for the remainder of the meeting. Councillor Condon arrived at 12 noon and was present for clause 2. |
