STRATEGY AND RESOURCES COMMITTEE 17 MAY 1999
A meeting of the Strategy and Resources Committee was held on Monday 17 May 1999 at 3pm

| APOLOGIES | Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Evans and Alister James. Councillor James arrived at 3.20pm during discussion on clause 1 and was present for all clauses. Councillor Evans arrived at 3.30pm during discussion on clause 1 retired at 6pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 21, 22 and 23. Councillor Wright arrived at 3.30pm during discussion on clause 1 and was present for all remaining clauses. Councillor Stewart retired at 4.35pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 18 and 19. The Mayor retired at 4.45pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 18 and 19. Councillor Sheriff retired at 5.45pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 14, 15, 20, 21, 22 and 23. |
