| PRESENT | Councillor Graham Condon (Chairman), Councillors Carole Anderton, Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, David Buist, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Pat Harrow and Gail Sheriff. |
| APOLOGY | An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Erin Baker. Councillor Sheriff temporarily retired at 4.25pm, returned to the meeting at 4.55pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 2, 3, 4, 9.1, 10 and 11. Councillor Buist arrived at 4.40pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 1, 2, 7 and 8. |
