| PRESENT | Bob Todd, (Chairman), Erin Baker, Anna Crighton, John Freeman, Charles Manning, Derek McCullough, Liz McRostie, Aaron O’Brien, and Linda Rutland. |
| APOLOGIES | Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Charles Manning and Liz McRostie. Liz McRostie arrived at 5.00pm and retired at 7.20pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 3,4, and 17. Erin Baker arrived at 5.15pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 3 and 4. Charles Manning arrived at 6.20pm and was present for clauses 8- 12 and 26 and 27 inclusive. Anna Crighton retired at 6.50pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 11,12, 26 and 27. Aaron O’Brien retired at 7pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 12, 26 and 27. |
