A meeting of the City Services Committee was held on Tuesday 11 May 1999 at 2.00 pm
| PRESENT: | Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Robin Booth, Sally Buck, David Buist, David Close, Graham Condon, Ian Howell, Charles Manning, Sally Thompson and Ron Wright. |
| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor, and
Councillor Morgan Fahey. Councillor Close arrived at 2.20pm, left at 4.15pm, returned at 4.40pm and was not present for clauses 4 and 11. Councillor Condon arrived at 2.40pm, left at 4.00pm, returned at 5.10pm and was not present for clauses 1, 3 to 7, 10, 11, 14.1, 15 and 17. Councillor Buist retired at 4.00pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 7 to 10 and 14.1. Councillor Thompson retired at 4.30pm and was present for clauses 1 to 4, 7 to 11 and 14.1. Councillor Buck retired at 4.50pm and was not present for clauses 12, 13, 14.2, 14.3, 16 and 17. Councillor Manning retired at 5.00pm and was not present for clauses 12, 13, 14.3, 16 and 17. |
